Ingredients
2 cans garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
3-4 garlic cloves (minced)
3-4 ice cubes
⅓ cup tahini paste
½ tsp salt
Juice of one lemon
Hot water (as needed)
Extra virgin olive oil
Sumac
2 bags of Snap Cheese Straws
Instructions
Add garbanzo beans and minced garlic to the bowl of a food processor. Puree until smooth, powder-like mixture forms.
While the processor is running, add ice cubes, tahini, salt, and lemon juice. Blend for about 4 minutes. If the consistency is too thick, add a small amount of hot water.
Transfer to a serving bowl and top with extra virgin olive oil and sumac.
Serve with Snap Cheese Straws and enjoy!
